PAL Wrestling

Our age Group is 3rd Grade to 8th Grade
This program is for boys and girls that are looking to try a new sport, improve coordination and athleticism, learn self defense, and be part of a team to make new friends! 
We place a strong value on effort and attitude.  We promote discipline, courage, perseverance and accountability.  The coaches are always extremely positive with the wrestlers.  In addition to our highly trained and skilled coaching staff, a huge benefit is that we have high school athletes that act as mentors to the youth wrestlers and are very active in the program.  ​
